Q: How do I post my item or ad?
A: First, you need to create an account to be able to post your item or ad. If you are not yet a rgistered user, please Create an account
Q: Do I pay to post my item on LinkaApp?
A: Yes, you have to pay to post item on LinkaApp.
Q: Does LinkaApp take a commission when my item is sold?
A: LinkaApp takes NO commission when your item is sold. However, LinkaApp only charges you one time fee for posting your item or ad. See Pay Posting Fee
Q: How can I make a payment to post?
A: While posting your item or on LinkaApp, you will be prompted to enter payment with your credit/debit card. You simply need to follow the on screen instructions. Only US users with valid debit/credit card can make payment online using their cards. Payment through Moneygram, Western Union, or Mobile Money is acceptable. See Paying Posting Fee
Q: My item or ad is not showing after I submit my post?
A: Usually, your item or ad will not show on LinkaApp if you have not paid the posting fee. If you have already made paid for the posting fee and your item or ad is not showing on LinkaApp, please contact LinkaApp at support@linkaApp.com. Keep in mind that we review all item or ad before posting them. So, it may take up to 24 hours before your item or ad can show up on LinkaApp.
Q: How can I contact a seller if I want to buy an item I am interested in?
A: The seller information will be displayed along with the item or ad on LinkaApp. Right to the bottom of the item or ad detail page, you will see “Contact Seller” button. Click on the button and send the seller your request.
Q: I live in Togo, can I buy item posted in Kenya?
A: No. Mostly transaction are done locally. If you live in Togo, we will recommend you find item at your current location to buy. However, if you know someone in Kenya who can buy the item for you, that's great. But we DO NOT recommend you trying to buy item in Kenya when you live in Togo. Please BEWARE of any seller who promises to ship the item to you. See Safety & Security Tips. It's strongly recommended that you DO NOT send payment for an item you have seen physically.
Q: Does LinkaApp Sell online?
A: No. LinkaApp does not sell items online. LinkaApp is a peer-to-peer ecommerce web app that connects seller and buyer. Please immediately Report if you see any seller posting as LinkaApp.
Q: Does LinkaApp ship to buyers?
A: LinkaApp does not ship to buyers. LinkaApp may provide shipping services in the future, but not now. Please Report if you see any seller providing shipping services under LinkaApp.
Q: How long does my item stay on LinkaApp?
A: All items or ads stay on LinkaApp for at least 30 days. Once the 30 days are expired, you will be required to make a posting payment for your items or ads to be available again on LinkaApp.
